I love lemon, I like to use everywhere from vegetables, to risotto and of course in cake. So I was looking into my books last week and in “Home Baked” I found this recipe that I have to try and what a good idea, it was absolutely fantastic, I had to do some corrections to the recipe because not all was ok, but still the cake has now already become one of our favourites at home, soon I will be making again.  (more…)
