Also it is a great source of vitamins C, B6, potassium, thiamine, riboflavin, folate, magnesium, phosphorous, iron, and zinc. So forget about that myth that potatoes are making you fat, if you cooked them on the right way are perfectly healthy and even healthier if you eat them with the skin, because the skin has the most vitamins.  (more…)
